Engraving and Awards Shop in Mountlake Terrace

Hi! I’m Glenda DeCarlo and I’m the current owner of C&M Trophy. I am the daughter of the previous owner Chuck Mellinger and I took over the business in 2016 when Dad and Mom retired to the mountains in Eastern Washington. I started working at the shop in 2007. I have a bachelor’s degree in E-Business and Graphic Design. We feel this is a huge asset to C & M, as few business these days have an in-house Digitizer and Graphic Artist.

My Dad, Chuck Mellinger served in and as a civilian employee for the United States Coast Guard for over 19 years. He is also a disabled Veteran. Chuck did business with C & M Trophy while he worked for the Coast Guard, and once mentioned to the owner, at that time, “If you ever want to sell let me know”. In 2001 the previous owner gave him a call and here we are. Dad is still my business partner and is just a phone call away if we want a second set of eyes on any design concepts, or you may find him popping in on one of his many trips to the west side. He now loves to come in and visit with long time customers who have become friends.

These days you may find one of my own children or “adopted” kids here being creative and learning the ropes so some day they can take over like I did. Take some time out of your busy day to stop by and visit. You will find we are fun to work with! We believe that our limit is our imaginations together. Our many years of experience and our zest for artistic creation make us the ideal partner for all of your custom needs. It is important to us to speak with our clients in detail to able to create something truly unique for them. We encourage feedback since it is always incorporated into our work.
